2026 Teddy Bear Fair- Community and Department Registration

We’re excited to invite you to participate in the 2026 Teddy Bear Fair at Vandalia Health CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital, hosted in collaboration with Aetna Better Health of West Virginia!

The fair will take place on May 9, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with a rain date scheduled for May 16, 2026. The event will be held in the Vandalia Health CAMC Women and Children’s MSOB parking lot. Participating departments and organizations are asked to arrive between 8:30–9:00 a.m. for set-up.

This registration form is for hospital departments and community organizations interested in hosting a table at the Teddy Bear Fair. Please complete the form below to reserve your space. The information collected will help us prepare for your arrival and ensure a smooth, successful event. Registration is free.

Day of Event Information for the Teddy Bear Fair

To better prepare for your arrival at the fair, please fill out the following information.

How many tables do you need at your space?
One table and two chairs will be provided for each group. If you need more than one table, please indicate the total number needed and how the additional tables will be used. This information helps us plan the layout of the parking lot.

Event Procedure Information

Event cleanup will begin at 1:00PM.
